National standardization AAAA enterprise

Bohai Piston took charge of revising 1 national standard and 8 industrial standards.

Based on the foundation and effective use of enterprise standard system, including technical standard, management standard and work standard, Bohai Piston was officially approved as Good Behavior of National standardization AAAA enterprise in June 2007 and passed the first review in 2010. Standard full text on-line reading system has been established based on ERP database, which realized the standard paperless management. By now, the system has 1850 standards, including 420 national standards, 280 industrial standards, almost 900 enterprise standards, more than 200 customer standards.

With constantly enhancing basic research of the standard, implementing standardized strategy, Bohai Piston has achieved good economic and social benefits. Bohai Piston took charge of revising the industry product acceptance standard GB/T 1148-2010 《Combustion Engine, AL Piston, Technical Requirements》, took charge of or participated in revising 9 industrial standards, such as JB/T 6289-2005 《Combustion Engine, Cast AL Piston, Metallographic Examination》, QC/T 275-2008 《Metallographic Examination of Auto Engine Piston with Ring Carrier》, etc.
